Do the Unthinkable Meal Plan Review

How it works?

I recently was invited by Musclefoods to try to do the unthinkable meal plan. I have never done a meal planned delivery service before as I get increasingly busy I do see the benefit of them.

Upon starting to do the unthinkable plan you are required to answer a few questions regarding your physiological characteristics and current activity for example your age, weight, height et cetera. This is followed by choosing one of three options of the plan five days with two days off than six days with one day off plan for seven days with no days off plan. I know upon starting the TV on thinkable plan you are required to answer a few questions regarding your physiological characteristics and current activity for example your age, wait, et cetera. This is followed by you choosing one of three options of the plan five days with two days of plan six days with one day off plan or seven days with no days off.

I chose five days as my weekends or Saturdays are usually dominated by rugby and we are fed on site, Saturday I chose five days as my weekends or Saturdays are usually dominated by rugby and we are fed on site, Sundays Are usually spent eating round family h are usually spent eating at the homes of relatives. . proceeding to the next page you are able to get to the exciting bit of picking your nails. I’m really looking through the variety wheels I may not have tried if I was in on the plan. All you have to do after picking your foods sit back and wait for delivery of your package includes your fitness DVD, plan guidelines, and rest we will pay few days are you in on plan

I had two boxes arrive full of food which was a great way to fill the freezer and gave me a massive sense of comfort knowing I didn’t have to go shopping the boxes included breakfast, morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, evening meal, and an evening snack. whilst it may seem that the plan is regimented as you do have access to every single meal of the day there is no structure/pressure to add her to the plan if you fancy going out for an evening meal.

Whats the food like?

Out of the options I picked there was not an item I disliked, maybe I played it too safe or maybe I was just clever with my decision.  All the muscle food choices of protein rich and low in carbohydrates carbohydrates, the whole I was impressed with the taste, seasoning as well as the variety on offer.

Breakfast- Breakfast offering for me offered an array of options such as pancakes (maple syrup, blueberry and  plain flavours), Protein porridge pots which were great when you’re on the road. This was quite appealing to me as it gave me the option to have my breakfast al desco, however the portions in regards to the porridge were quite small and I often found myself hungry less than an hour afterwards. The good thins is that the plan promotes the addition of fruit which helped greatly. My favourites were the blueberry pancakes which I pimped with some fruit.

The lunch and dinner options were full of variety and varied from microwave meals to meal kits, however I opted for mostly all meal kits which were very very eat to put together.

I did try out two microwave meals which were to take to work, however I did enjoy the experience of quickly cooking up a dish in a pan from scratch especially this mushroom pesto pasta.

Snacks

As someone who snacks often I was slightly disappointed with the variety partly because I am part of the 1% of people who don’t enjoy chocolate much more protein bars so I stuck to the things I enjoy such as nuts/dried fruit, biltong, snackamole and beef jerky which have also always been firm favourites.

What’s the purpose of Do The Unthinkable Plan?

Simple to add some structure to your fitness journey and contribute to a healthier you!

The high protein diet helps with muscle building and repair so compliments most training schedules but the extra addition of complex carbohydrates, fruit and veg also help and improve energy and in turn productivity levels.

Hydration

Water consumption is often forgotten when we are trying to become healthier beings. Water is essential to our body’s efficiency.  I managed to get myself two 1 gallon water bottles from Musclefoods which I definitely found helped me stay hydrated throughout the day I left one at work and took one home to make sure I was drinking enough and I felt that this helped me become more productive and energetic.

What are the costs?

To do the unthinkable plan starts from £60 per week depending on the plan option you choose. If this seems pricey to you let me break it down two for you. It’s £12 per day (which includes 3 meals and snacks per day). If you work in central London this is with the equivalent of how much you should probably spend on coffee per day.

The only additions Are there if you want to add fruit rice or any other stable as well and vegetables to your meals you will have to do incur that cost.

The price is very good for the higher quality meat and I also want to stress that these are your meals for your are there if you want to add fruit and rice or any other stable as well as vegetables to your meals you have to do incur that cost.

The price is very good for the higher quality meat and remember these are your meals for your whole week That’s all delivered to your door relieving the stress of shopping when all you want to do is get home after a long day at work.

My Opinion of the do the unthinkable plan

Overall I have always been quite sceptical about various milk and companies and the way in which they operate as well as the idea of whether the ultimate goal is to improve the accessibility to a healthier lifestyle for people or drive their profit margins of course the capital gain. They usually seems to be a lack of support and reassurance associated with these plans which is something that most people essentially need for extra motivation and to sustain their new lifestyle choices. This is something that really set to do the unthinkable plan apart from others the meals are sent to your house, the workout plan is available online or Fire DVD meeting you can take it with you anywhere you go and you also get all have access to a personal trainer for added support services as though you reaching your fitness goals are a priority.

I was rather impressed with the taste and convenience of the meals as I’m used to seeing on savoury looking microwave meals in plans being given the option to cook real unprocessed foods was seen by myself as an added benefit as I actually enjoy cooking. Only thing I didn’t like about it was that all the singing was all the single use proper plastic used in the packaging however I’m sure that is something muscle foods are working on becoming recyclable.

And regards to my personal experience the workouts were not really from me as I play rugby quite often and his time at this time the season bodyweight work outs do not benefit me as much as they wouldn’t and on and on train person. The food however was right up my alley and did not seem like a chore a tool to prepare enabling me to enjoy it however there were times I was quite hungry probably due to the fact I am always quite active in my daily activities with this said it was nothing that a couple of pieces of fruit couldn’t help.

All in all I enjoyed and valued the added convenience of the duty on thinkable plan enjoy the fact I always had snacks in hand instead of going out of my way to my local supermarket and spending 5 pounds on essentially a bag of sugar.

I wish anyone luck trying to plan and strongly recommend it to anyone who is entering their fitness journey or craving more structure with the current journey! Feel free to drop any questions and comments on your own experiences or any queries you may have.
