I offer 1-on-1 cooking workshops to all aspiring cooks looking to improve their culinary skills and widen the range of nutritious meals they feel confident in making for themselves and others. From food preparation to plating up, I will talk you through each recipe I provide, making delicious meals from choice ingredients that will leave your guests in awe at dinner parties to come.
The workshop content is as follows:
A 2-4 hour 1-on-1 experience in your own home
Locally sourced ingredients and exclusive recipes
Hands on participation in a relaxed learning environment
Support on how to style and make the food you’ve created look as beautiful as possible

Food Styling Workshops
The food styling workshop is designed to teach both the theory and practical art of food styling. Whether you are new to photography and are a beginner, new to the world of food blogging or an aspiring stylist. This workshop will give you a great foundation and starting point. You will learn to set up simple but stunning food shots using a wide array of backgrounds and props.
The workshop content is as follows:
How to set up an indoor shooting areas
What to use as a background for shots
How to style the food and props
Simple composition techniques and getting creative with colour and textures
You will be served a delicious nutritious lunch at the workshop using locally sourced ingredients. All recipes will be provided as course material in your goodie bags.
