In order to help you improve your fitness, we like to use a series of valid relevant tests to gauge what your current level of fitness is.
Often the margins for improvements of performance for elite athletes are not only very small but also must be bespoke there is no one size fits all fix , therefore we provide evidence backed tests in order to gauge the level of fitness you currently posses and use it as a foundation to improve from.
