Ingredients
50g Pitaya puree
100g mango
1 Kiwi skin on
2 cm Root ginger
200ml pineapple juice
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min until smooth.
Pour the mixture into two glasses to serve.
