Popeye

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

  • A handful of spinach

  • 50g oats

  • 2 cm of root ginger

  • 200ml milk 

  • 1 tbsp goji berries

  • 1 tsp Maca powder

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min on the highest setting  until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a glass and top with quinoa pops to serve.
