Apple, Ginger and Cardamom Overnight Oats

Serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 150g Oats

  • 10g Cardamom

  • 15g Chopped Hazelnuts

  • 15g Blanched Almonds 

  • 10g Flaked Coconut

  • 10g Oat bran 

  • 10g Milled Chia seed, Cinnamon, Apple 

  • 100ml Pressed apple and ginger juice

  • 100g Kefir

Preparation

  1. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and toss together well. Stir in the kefir and juice, cover and chill for several hours or overnight.

  2.  Spoon the overnight oats  into two bowls and top with dehydrated fruit, popped quinoa and extra nuts. 

  3. Enjoy
