Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g organic acai pulp (I use amavida)

  • 50ml pressed apple juice

  • 1/2 kiwi

  • 1 Handful of raspberries or frozen berries of your choice

  • 1 Banana

Preparation

  1. Fill your blender with the fruit and acai pulp, before pouring in the juice.

  2. Add honey or agave syrup to sweeten if you like and blend till smooth

  3. Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
