Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 400g organic curly kale

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp rape seed oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 120C/100C Fan/Gas ½ and line two large baking trays with baking paper.

  2. Mix together the chilli and sea salt.

  3. Put the kale in a large bowl and rub the oil into the leaves. Toss with the seasoning.

  4. Spread the leaves out in a single layer on two large baking trays and bake for 20 minutes

  5. Lift the leaves from the baking paper and leave for 10–15 minutes, or until crisp.
